What areas do you provide transportation services to?

Confident Rides and Deliveries LLC is based out of Fayetteville, North Carolina but we provide services anywhere availability allows to be. Contact us with specific locations for inquiries.

How far in advance should I book my ride?

To ensure availability and flexible options, we recommend booking your short distance travel only 1 hour in advance and long distance travel at least 24 hours in advance.

For special events(group), we suggest booking at least 1 week prior. Deposit required.

Need a ride last minute? Do not hesitate to reach out whenever you see fit. There  may be a cancelation that would allow us to accommodate. 

What are your rates?

Every ride is different because everyone has different needs. When determining rates there are factors that are taken into consideration to help calculate cost such as

  • Number of passengers 
  • One way or round-trip 
  • Distance traveling to you
  • Distance traveling to your destination 
  • Any stops needed
  • Number of stops needed
  • Local or long distance travel
  • Wait times
  • Time of day

Basic estimation- subject to change 

Local rates= $1/mile + tax

Long distance travel= $2/mile + tax

 

 

What is your wait fee for stops?

Every ride is included with 10 minutes of wait time for any stops. After 10 minutes, $5 will be added for every additional 10 minutes needed.

Do you provide car seats for children?

For the safety of all our young passengers, we provide assistance with child car seats. However, children must be properly restrained in the appropriate car seat as required by law. Please ensure you have the correct seat for your child, or let us know in advance if you need one. Safety is our top priority!
